FAQs
Why isn’t a printer included in your base packages?
Frankly, because our clients have told us they don’t need one. After countless events, we’ve heard repeatedly that a printer isn’t needed because most people share their photos via email or text. Almost universally we’ve heard from our guests that text/email along with the live online gallery provides much higher value than printing.
what is a green screen backdrop/Enclosure?
Green screen (chroma key photography) is a process that replaces a solid-colored background from behind the subject of a photo (or video) with a new background. The result allows you and your guests to choose from a variety of fun designs and images as a backdrop.
will all the event photos be in My Photo album If I Choose to buy one?
While we make every effort to place all of the photos from your event in your photo album, occasionally there are more images than the book allows. When this occurs, you will have the choice of either paying for additional pages or giving us creative license to finish the project.
what is a custom overlay/photo template?
A photo template with the Lux Digital booth allows us to add a custom design or branding to your images – such as logos and text – without covering the guests’ photo.
An overlay is similar to a photo template, but is used for digital captures such as videos, GIFs, and boomerangs. Overlays are used with The Lux Digital and Lux 360.
