FAQs

Why isn’t a printer included in your base packages?

Frankly, because our clients have told us they don’t need one. After countless events, we’ve heard repeatedly that a printer isn’t needed because most people share their photos via email or text. Almost universally we’ve heard from our guests that text/email along with the live online gallery provides much higher value than printing.

what is a green screen backdrop/Enclosure?

Green screen (chroma key photography) is a process that replaces a solid-colored background from behind the subject of a photo (or video) with a new background. The result allows you and your guests to choose from a variety of fun designs and images as a backdrop.

what is a standard photo template/overlay/touch to start?

A standard photo template is a pre-designed template for your photos to be placed in. With Standard templates, we can generally only change the text of the template. Additional changes will require a Design Upgrade. We have a number of nice designs for you to choose from HERE.

Our More Fun packages generally come with standard design elements, while our Ultimate Fun packages come with a ton of customization.

what is a custom overlay/photo template?

A custom item is one that is designed specifically for your event based on your existing designs, ideas, or concepts. We can add logos, pictures, or colors based on your theme.

An overlay is similar to a photo template but is used for digital captures such as videos, GIFs, and boomerangs.
