FAQs

Why isn’t a printer included in your Drop Off Package?

Frankly, because our clients have told us that they want a streamlined package that doesn’t need one.

Printing is also a complicated process at a live event and requires an attendant. If you’d like to rent the Lux Go booth and print your images, you must choose either the Go Print or Deluxe Go package.

what is a Digital backdrop?

Digital Background Removal is a process that replaces a solid background from behind the subject of a photo (or video) with a new background. The result allows you and your guests to choose from a variety of fun designs and images as a backdrop.

what’s the Difference Between the lux go and lux pro?

While the Go and Pro are open-air tower photo booths and look similar, their experiences are a bit different.

The Lux Go is a digital photobooth, while the Lux Pro utilizes a DSLR camera, allowing it to capture sharper, studio-quality images.

Both booths support digital backdrops, but the Lux Pro comes with AI Portraits as a standard feature, along with a physical backdrop.

How do I choose a photo template?

We offer a large variety of photo templates with nice designs for you to choose from HERE. We can generally only change the text of the template and add a logo. Additional changes will require a Design Upgrade.

Our Print packages come standard with 2x6 strips, while our DeLux packages allow for a choice of 2x6 or 4x6 prints.

What is an animated overlay for 360 booths?

An animated 360 booth overlay is a dynamic visual layer added to the videos captured by our 360 photo booth. It includes motion graphics, special effects, branding, and text elements that frame and enhance your video in real time. Think of it as a custom filter—except way more engaging and immersive.

The overlay moves with your video, making each spin feel like a scene from a music video or commercial. Whether you want elegant sparkles, neon lights, company logos, or a personalized wedding monogram, the animated overlay adds that professional, eye-catching polish guests love to share.
